Yes! Every SeaStone Creations piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by us. Because each item is made by hand using natural materials, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Where do your materials come from?

Our driftwood is personally collected by us during our beachcombing adventures. Some of the shells and sea glass used in our creations may be responsibly sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure consistent quality and availability.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Because we use natural materials, each creation is unique. Your item will closely resemble the photos, but slight variations in color, shape, size, and texture are part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

What does the "Made with Love" charm mean?

Every SeaStone Creations piece includes a "Made with Love" charm. We believe the world needs more love, kindness, and connection, and this small charm is our reminder that every piece is created with care and meant to spread a little joy.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces whenever possible. Contact us to discuss your ideas, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the price of every item. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available for an additional $15.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.

How should I care for my SeaStone Creations piece?

Our creations are intended for indoor use or covered outdoor spaces. To keep them looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, direct sunlight, or excessive moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Many of our pieces are gift-ready. If you'd like your order packaged as a gift or include a personal message, please leave a note at checkout if that option is available.
